If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

- Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
Sanosis is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Sanosis products are covered by the following warranties:
- Electronics: 12 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects
- Fabric and materials: Limited warranty covering manufacturing faults only
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorised modifications
- Damage caused by liquids, impact, or incorrect storage
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You acknowledge that:

For wired products, users must follow safety instructions provided with the product, including guidance regarding cable placement, break points, and safe device positioning.
