(Sanosis Explorer and Sanosis Ascend)

Sanosis wired audio masks are designed with intentional cable break points to help reduce choking or entanglement risk. These features reduce risk but do not remove the need for mindful use.

Cable Safety Guidelines

• Always route the cable behind the head and pillow when lying down
• Never wrap the cable around the neck, face or body
• Position excess cable length away from movement during sleep
• Disconnect immediately if the cable becomes tangled, tight or uncomfortable

Connected Device Safety

• Secure your phone or audio device safely before use
• Do not place devices where they may fall onto the head or body
• Avoid positioning devices above the bed or resting area
• Sanosis is not responsible for damage to connected devices caused by falling, impact or improper placement

5. Important Safety Information - Wireless Models

(Sanosis Guardian, Sanosis Alchemist)

• Uses Bluetooth Low Energy audio within regulatory safety limits
• Contains a rechargeable lithium battery
• Charge using certified USB C power sources only
• Do not expose the product to extreme heat or moisture
• Do not use while charging if heat or discomfort is noticed
• Do not open, modify or attempt to replace internal components

WaveShield technology is designed to reduce unnecessary electromagnetic exposure. It does not eliminate all emissions and does not interfere with Bluetooth connectivity.

6. Usage Environment and User Responsibility

Sanosis audio masks are designed for rest, focus and relaxation.

Do not use in situations requiring awareness or reaction, including:

• In hazardous or high risk environments

7. Care and Maintenance

• Wipe clean only using a dry or slightly damp cloth

Failure to follow care instructions may void warranty coverage.

8. Warranty Information

Sanosis products are covered by the following warranties:

Electronics Warranty

• 12 month warranty on electronic components
• Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only

Fabric and Soft Materials Warranty

• Limited warranty covering manufacturing faults only
• Does not cover general wear and tear, cosmetic changes or degradation resulting from normal use, washing, friction or extended wear

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper care or modification
• Cable damage caused by excessive force or strain
• Battery degradation due to normal charging cycles
• Damage to third party devices connected to the product

Nothing in this warranty limits consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable local regulations.
