By selecting a purchase option at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to purchases made directly from the Sanosis website that include:
- Subscriptions
- Pre-orders
- Backordered items
- Payment plans or instalment options
- Any other recurring or deferred purchase options offered by Sanosis
Standard one-time purchases are covered under our Returns and Refunds Policy.
2. Subscription Cancellations
If you have purchased a subscription product or service:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation
Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable unless required by law.

3. Pre-Orders and Backorders
For pre-ordered or backordered products:
- You may cancel your order at any time before the item has been shipped for a full refund
- Once the order has shipped, it is treated as a standard purchase and falls under our Returns and Refunds Policy

4. Payment Plans and Instalments
If your purchase includes a payment plan or instalment option:
- You may cancel the order before the item has been shipped for a full refund of payments made
- Once the order has shipped, remaining instalments may still be payable in accordance with your payment provider’s terms
- Refunds are processed in line with the payment provider’s policies and timelines
Sanosis does not control the terms set by third-party payment providers.
5. Cancelling Before Shipment
To cancel a purchase option before shipment:
- Contact us as soon as possible at contact@sanosis.com
- Include your order number and cancellation request
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will confirm cancellation and issue a refund.
6. Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already shipped:
- The order cannot be cancelled
- You may return the item in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy
Any applicable hygiene or disposal fees may apply.
7. Changes or Pauses to Purchase Options
Where available, you may be able to:
- Pause or modify a subscription
- Update billing or shipping details
These changes must be made before the next billing or fulfilment cycle to take effect.
