Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, we offer a simple and fair returns process in line with Australian Consumer Law.
1. 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Sanosis product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
This policy applies to purchases made directly from the Sanosis website.
2. Hygiene and Disposal Fee
For hygiene and safety reasons:
- A $10 hygienic disposal fee applies to mask products that have been opened or used
- The fee is deducted from your refund
This fee covers safe handling and disposal and is not a penalty.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return under our satisfaction guarantee:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The product must be returned in a reasonable condition
- All original components should be included where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show excessive damage, misuse, or unauthorised modification.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
Unless required by law, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased from third-party retailers
- Clearance or final sale items, where clearly marked
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repair
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Faulty or Defective Products
If your product is faulty, defective, or not as described:
- You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
- No hygienic disposal fee applies to faulty products
Please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue and, where requested, supporting images or information.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at contact@sanosis.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Follow the return instructions provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Sanosis is not responsible for items lost in transit.
7. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
- Any applicable fees will be deducted before processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
9. International Returns
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated customs or duties
- Refunds do not include import taxes or customs fees
Please ensure returns are clearly marked as returned goods to avoid delays.
10. Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded by law.
